To the Moon ...

Chosen Pick of the Month. Judges' comments: "I like the humor in this cleverly composed photo." "I love this picture - the moon truly had a starring role at this year's Festival!" The photographer wrote: "Took this during the final night of the Festival at Sandpoint. With the nearly full moon (calendar said it was full the night before) rising in the background, and all the directional signs in the foreground, I only had to wait until I could capture them both with one shot. And in the photo below, the nearly full moon in the background added to a beautiful scene." Photos taken August 14.
