6th Annual Pride Festival
Celebrate the 6th Annual Sandpoint Pride Festival from Thursday, July 9, through Sunday, July 12, at locations throughout Sandpoint, with the main celebration taking place on Saturday at the Granary Arts District, 513 Oak St. Hosted by PFLAG Sandpoint and SAFE, the four day festival celebrates the LGBTQI2S community with a variety of events including the Paddle to Pride Beach Party on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Teen Gayme Night and a Queer Open Mic featuring live music on Friday evening, and Saturday's all ages Pride Celebration beginning at 3:00 p.m. with live entertainment, an advocacy fair, family activities, food and beverages, a speaking program, and featured performances through 10:00 p.m., followed by a 21 and older after party from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Festival events continue on Sunday, rounding out a weekend of community, entertainment, and celebration.
