The Flying Fish Company features the finest selection of fresh and frozen seafood in North Idaho. It is open Wednesdays and Fridays all year round. Weekly selections vary from season to season but usually fresh salmon, wild and farmed is available all year. Alaskan cod, rockfish, petrale sole, clams, west coast oysters, crab, both king and dungeness, are available weekly. We also carry a large selection of seafood supplies. Sashami grade ahi, hamachi, tobiko, seaweed salad, squid salad, unagi and a host of other quality sushi are always available. We get weekly shipments of fresh seafood from such diverse places as Fiji, Hawaii, Ecuador, Chile, Maine, Alaska and the Philipines.
