XYZ Hoedown The 3rd Annual XYZ Hoedown returns to the 219 Lounge, 219 First Ave., on Tuesday, Feb. 3, starting off at 6:00 p.m. Hosted by the Schweitzer Ski Patrol Resiliency Team, this free, 21+ community celebration invites locals, mountain staff, and patrol members to blow off some steam and celebrate Sandpoint's outdoor culture after a challenging season. The theme, "Space Cowboys & Intergalactic Desperados," encourages western-meets-sci-fi costumes, complete with a costume contest and prizes, plus live music from Benny on the Deck and Sheldon Packwood. There's no cover charge, though optional donations benefiting the Friends of Schweitzer Ski Patrol will be available for those who wish to support the mountain's first responders. Read more here.
Cheaper By The Dozen: Live Theater Honey Pearl Productions presents Cheaper by the Dozen, a fast-paced, funny, and heartfelt stage play adapted from the original 1948 book by Frank B. Gilbreth Jr. and Ernestine Gilbreth Carey, running at the Panida Theater on Friday, Feb. 6 at 7:00 p.m.; and Saturday, Feb. 7 at 1:00 p.m. This two-hour production for general audiences follows the real-life Gilbreth family, led by eccentric efficiency expert Frank Gilbreth, who applies his unconventional systems to managing a household of twelve children - with humorous and heartfelt results. Reserved seating is available, doors open 45 minutes before showtime, and tickets are sold by Honey Pearl Productions and available at the door; note that this is the classic stage play, not a musical and not based on the 2003 film. Annual Snowshoe Roundup The 13th Annual Snowshoe Roundup at Western Pleasure Guest Ranch, 1413 Upper Gold Creek Rd. offers 5K and 10K snowshoe races for all ages, plus a short, untimed Buckaroo race for kids 6 and under. Event will be held on Saturday, Feb. 7. With recreational and competitive options and no experience required, this family-friendly winter event welcomes everyone. Tickets on Sale for The Follies Tickets are available starting Monday, Feb. 2. The Angels Over Sandpoint celebrate 22 years with its annual raunchy variety show, returning to the stage on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 at 8:00 p.m. for a two-hour, R-rated show packed with irreverent performances and over-the-top entertainment. This adults-only fundraiser invites the community to laugh out loud while supporting Angels Over Sandpoint's mission of helping those in need. And this year is something special, with "a farewell to the Queen" as longtime Mistress of Ceremonies Kate McAlister retires from the stage. Doors open one hour before the show, with a limited number of $50 VIP tickets available each night offering early entry at 6:30 p.m. (regular doors open time is 7:00 p.m.) This show is not for the easily offended. **Little Black Dress: Save The Date. Coming April 30, 2026 at 5 p.m. Event will be held at The Idaho Club Clubhouse, 151 Clubhouse Way in Sandpoint and is hosted by Bonner Homeless Transitions.
*** Tickets on Sale: Festival at Sandpoint: How to Train Your Dragon 2. The Festival at Sandpoint presents its Grand Finale performance at War Memorial Field. Conducting the performance is Morihiko Nakahara, who spent 16 years as resident conductor of the Spokane Symphony. He is also the music director of the South Carolina Philharmonic and the director of orchestra studies at the Univeristy of Massachusetts Amherst. The evening will include free face painting and a fireworks display. This will be a seated show, meaning that the area in front of the stage will be available for short chair and blanket seating only. You can get a "cheers add-on" for your ticket which will allow you in to the Cheers Beer & Wine Tasting event from 5-7 p.m. At this event you can sample pours from across the region in your souvenir tasting cup. 21 Comedy Avalanche. Phillip Kopczynski presents Comedy Avalanche, a night of stand up comedy returning to the Panida Theater for one night only on Saturday, Feb. 21, at 8:00 p.m., with doors opening one hour before the show. This PG-13 event features headlining comedian Brittany Lyseng, an established Canadian performer newly cleared to work in the U.S., who began her comedy career after 12 years as a tradeswoman with the goal of lifting less and laughing more; she has been featured on Kevin Hart's LOL Network and is the winner of the 2024 Seattle International Comedy Competition. Seating is general admission, tickets are sold through the Panida Theater, and will also be available at the door.
21 Annual Heart Ball. The Bonner General Health Foundation's annual Heart Ball will be held at the Bonner County Fairgrounds, 4203 N. A swing bed is a service rural hospitals provide allowing a patient to transition from Acute Care to Skilled Nursing Facility Care without leaving the hospital. 22 Winter Carnival: Eichardt's K9 Keg Pull. It's the final, and a favorite event of the Winter Carnival week! Dogs and their owners race down a snowy course on Cedar Street in front of Eichardt's Pub. Dogs pull kegs appropriate to their size - for a St. Bernard, that's a full-size keg, but for a chihuahua it's a beer can - as they race the clock for best time and prizes. The day is a fundraiser for the Better Together Animal Alliance pet shelter. The Angels Over Sandpoint celebrate 20 years with its annual raunchy variety show, returning to the stage on Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2 at 8 p.m. for a two-hour, R-rated "Circus Party" packed with irreverent performances and over-the-top entertainment. This adults-only fundraiser invites the community to laugh loud while supporting Angels Over Sandpoint's mission of helping those in need.
